As others have said - you think you are paying an 'per question' fee but are automatically then subscribed and charged the monthly fee - you can cancel (when you notice this) but this is not easily navigated and the first monthly charge is non-refundable - speaking to customer services they simply send you a copy of the Ts & Cs which are not clear when you first use the app. I don't necessarily mind a subscription but then refund the 'pay per question' amount or deduct this from the subscription

Nothing like being misleading. I was physically speaking to somebody and they sent me a link to download the app and it said $5 charge to start using and there was no correspondence whatsoever that said they were also billing you $65 on top of that. So for one question I was charged $70 within 2 minutes of each other on my bank account. do not use the service or app. they are crooked and misleading and in for money only.

They are currently being sued because while they say there's "just a one time five dollar fee' there's actually a hidden 65$ a month charge on top of that. I could have overlooked this if the help I got was actually worth anything. I was talked over, dismissed, and wasn't really listened to. I was still asking questions about info they did give me...they kept saying.. "call us again if you have more questions!" I gave up trying to get more info, said...ok bye. called right away to demand $ back
