Ratings and reviews

Useless app. You need to log in every time you leave the app. Now it's telling me my membership number pin is incorrect on the app although I can log into the website. I try to redeem miles, the actual flight number is longer than the number of characters allowed. Pure incompetence in the IT department

Absolutely horrible airlines! You can easily book a flight online, but you can NEVER change dates, ask for refund, etc Online. You have to go to their office only for such actions. Calling them doesn't work because they either don't pick up the phone or the numbers provided are fake! And it's not cheap! Would not recommend it even for my enemies!

useless app. Unlike other airline apps where all your trips are available to view on the app, this apps shows nothing. One has to type in the Booking number etc every time you want to view your booking. Why bother with the app?
