it's showing that my order can not be approved and the worst part of it is that no phone number or email to contact when you have issues. I pay on time and have never miss any payment. this same thing happened when I was using it to shop on shein. my last time using it. I gave it a one star just so I can be able to write it to this because they deserve a zero star. worst app ever

The system only starts showing documentation issues on the payment page and gives no prior notification. It accepts only a limited number of EU documents, while non-EU documents are not accepted at all. However, the previous payment experience was good.

can even make a new account the number that i used to create the account is no more available, im using a new. and I can get into the app there's no side of a customer service to help me log in my old account. i decided to create new one too it says my social security number is recognised so i should log. how can I log in when my old number is of no use? this is crazy i would have to uninstall the app and that's it
