Ratings and reviews

The app is great and useful, but sometimes the map isn't mapping.. I choose the location at the LRT Cikunir 1, but it always changed to jl. caman raya number *** (not the real location of lrt) so i had a little argument with the driver because of not the precise location, and also, the drivers call didn't get into me. Please fix this, it feels uncomfortable too, to take a taxi after having an argument.

email registration doesn't really work. I already have an account, there is no option to use that account when I installed the app to another device. When I changed the email address and input the OTP nothing happens to verify the email address. Confusing.

Choosing pickup and dropoff location is not the easiest. No way to point the exact location without the map opting to use the pre determined location. Causing confusion between me and the drivers. (and notes functions is not the correct way to solve this)
