Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) is the central figure of Islam and, according to Islamic belief, the last prophet, or "messenger", sent by Allah to whom the main Islamic scripture, al-Quran, was revealed. According to non-Muslims, he is the originator of the Islamic way of life.
