The App is designed to control your Maginon IPC surveillance camera via smartphone or tablet.
After installing one or several surveillance cameras a live picture can be viewed on your smartphone or tablet. Furthermore the camera can be swiveled in any designated direction.

The app itself is great. The cameras are good also. I have a problem however adding cameras when not on the same network. I can put all the settings into the add camera form, but no matter what i put un, the tick button to apply does not light up for me to save the new camera. For it to work, i must be on my wifi network, and must enter a local ip for tick icon to appear and let me save the camera. only after that can i edit the saved camera setting and set up the external IP address manually.

The app notifies every time something moves. Sensibility can be changed, still it reacts often to the insects that fly around attracted by the infrared Light at night. We would have given the app 4 or even 5 Stars but the biggest issue is: you need to pay a lot for monthly service to have access the records.. it could at least offer some fotos of the records for free like other companies do. Please notify us if that changes. We will use now products of pearl with the "elesion" app instead.

Works pretty well, generally. The individual camera feeds crash from time to time, but if you exit out and go back in they reload within 20 seconds. The video quality is quite good, even in the dark or a mix of light and dark. The sound is mediocre and has a weird tapping sound to it, but is good enough. We are using it for a camera we have on our baby. Because of the reliability issues, we got an audio only baby monitor as backup for overnight.
