Ratings and reviews

For years this app used to present weather information for up to 24 hours in advance, and more if you subscribed. The information presented was clean, compact, and relevant. Now they no longer provide any useful weather information unless you subscribe to them. If this app were able to be purchased for a one-time fee it'd likely be worth it but removing functionality to goad users into yet another subscription is unacceptable.

this used to be my go-to source of weather information, even beyond flying. however, all of the basic features that mattered are now behind a subscription. the only free feature, the NFZ map, is covered by other free apps that do it better. i have no problem generously donating to FOSS devs. i'm not entirely against buying software fot a 1-time purchase. but even the cheapest tier of this WEATHER APP costs as much as my VPN, which is decidedly more expensive to run. do not recommend.

Used to be good until it got on the subscription nonsense thing. Now, it costs too much to be worth keeping. Especially when most of the info can be gotten for free on other apps.
