Hello, I usually used this app during the Christmas term, but now when I tried to log in to my account, I couldn’t. I entered everything correctly, but it kept saying “please retry” several times like an error. Furthermore, I tried to create a new account with a new email and a new password, but it also gave an error and didn’t open a new page. I think there is a problem or a technical issue. I am waiting for your feedback.

The website is wonderful! Having been using it for about two years, I haven't had any issues... until I go to open my messages this year, only to be met by a screen that tells me that I need to download the app to see them. Sure, no biggie. BUT the amount of ads in this app I will use maybe once per year is actually insane. One ad upon logging in, and then an additional three NON-SKIPPABLE, REQUIRED ADS just to read messages... absolutely unthinkable. Not worth the download at all.

Hoestly dissatisfied, it has a lot of bugs AND I MEAN A LOT. There was the "user not found" and then now i can't open the messages for god knows why. I've tried everything i can to possibly see a glimpse but to no success. It didn't have this problem last year. Plus the adds are just straight up annoying. I've seen like more than 20 ads, but the letters i can't? What a waste of time and expectation.
