The single most frustrating parking app, and app period I've ever had the displeasure of suffering through. So slow and lagging, problems logging in, problems setting up, problems trying to input a zone, problems taking payment. This was in an area with great 5G cell reception. I can't think of a single worse experience with any parking app in any city. If you're stuck using this app to park somewhere, I'd rather just pay the parking ticket. It's really that bad.

Very frustrating experience, after entering all my payment details and saving I then proceeded to the pay screen, where I then had to enter all the saved details again. After 5 attempts I gave up as the app was continually unable to process my payment, tried with 2 different cards to make sure it wasnt the card that was the issue, each time the same. Ended up spending far more than I needed to as I didn't know how long I was going to park for and didn't want to keep going back to the machine.

I had to go the machine to pay my parking as this app didn't show my session from the ANPR cameras. It's unclear whether, if I'd guessed the right amount to pay, whether the barriers would have let me out. I have zero trust for parking firms to be reasonable too, so they'd probably try to claim I didn't pay if I used the app and the data was joined up. So, this is essentially a pointless app and I guess it's the reason for the long queue.
