Always worked great.. But this last time it didn't send my bid. I tried contacting customer service through their email, and it keeps getting sent back as undeliverable. Also they don't have a phone number, so there is no way to contact them. Are they still even in business?

It works consistently, accurately, and reliably. The free credits let you test the app for a while, so for casual snipers it's free for ages. The simple interface works, the bids work, and it's not greedy on pricing. I'm very pleased I signed up for it, and im winning/ losing bids depending on my settings. 1st rate app. You will not be disappointed. I dont leave reviews unless I'm super impressed, which I am. This dumps on the others I've tried, which let me down and put me off sniping.

Have been on eBay since 2006. But not a heavy user. Usually a seller. Needed to bid on an item where the auction was finishing during a meeting at work. I hadn't heard of sniping until recently. Downloaded this one the day before the auction. Easy to set up. Set my max bid for this particular item and got on with my day. The app won the auction by a tiny margin and I got a bargain and I now know why I've been losing tight auctions on popular items in recent years. Worked v well in this case
