Budget Pet Products, the store, is great, so I feel bad saying this, but Budget Pet Products the app is terrible, and still doesn't work. Like others have said, for the last few months, it just loads to a white screen and flashes 'access denied' at me. When it was working, it was very slow and often glitchy, but still preferable to using the browser version on my phone. Now it doesn't even work lol. I'm just going to stick to shopping on my computer, I guess. It's annoying!

Budget Pet Products are great and have good prices. Ordering and delivery is quick and eaay. However, the app is not so good. I've managed to order through it a couple of times, but has just been loading a blank screen the past few times I've tried. Uninstall/reinstall multiple times but still not loading. Unfortunate, as there is a $20 discount advertised on the website, if you order through the app. You might want to extend this to computer users as well for those that cannot download the app

It's good when it works, but recently, it only loads to a blank screen. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling at least 10 times in the hopes that it would work, but it hasn't. It's too glitchy. Also, you'll have to contact the support team to get them to permanently change deliveries to "authority to leave" because that option keeps changing back to "signature only" for each order. Their courier isn't a well-known one, so you'll most likely have to drive a fair way to get your parcels.
