Ratings and reviews

The app hangs on several screens and after contacting client support the person stated that a callback must be requested for the item to be added to the policy. However the screen stays has a button Next and when clicking on the button the screen reloads and nothing happens. How am I suppose to know that I need to request a call back?

Tried changing addresses on the app, always talking about an error. I don't remember the app working.

1. I keep on getting a notification that says i should get an update im using the old version, and this is the latest version of the app. 2. I keep on getting a notification saying that the trip was detected while my car is parked. 3. When i chat with an agent via the app, they keep on disconnecting me, and I have to start the whole conversion again. Please fix your app because with the older version, I didn't have any problem until no.
