PECS (Picture Exchange Communication System) is an approach to train communication using verbal symbols. Initially this PECS was used for pre-school students who have autism and other disorders related to communication disorders. Students who use PECS are children whose language development is not encouraging and do not have the will to communicate with other people. In subsequent developments, the use of PECS has been widely used for various ages and further deepened. The aim to be obtained from making this mobile application is to provide alternative media for communication to children with special needs to interact with others.
