This app was so helpful for our trip to New Zealand. As we were away for a month we had a lot planned and the detailed breakdown of what we were doing each day was really helpful. The maps were also great once we had downloaded them as we could use them even without WiFi

This app does not work in Europe with Android phones! Paid over $7,000 for a tour company that uses this Vamoos app which worked fine in the U.S. Now, we are completely lost in countries we have never been as this app had all of our info. We tried uninstalling, reinstalling the app, resetting phones, using wifi and internet. So stressful and I am livid right now. Wife is angry, blaming me for this app. She's staying back in the main city because of this. Sucks for both of us.

App doesn't work. When downloading you get a screen with a "travel ID code" and a logo. Theres also a menu with an FAQ, terms and conditions, and "about". None of which tells me how it works.
