Usually works well for what I need, but since the latest update it errors whenever I enter my organisation name and I cannot proceed. Not an issue with the organisation side as I can access that through my work desktop with no issues. EDIT: The team were exceptional at speedily resolving my issues, and contacting me promptly and regularly in the process. Cannot fault them for this great service.

used to work very well. I had the same functionality on my phone that I had on my work laptop. However,since the latest update, I am unable to even get to the login screen after I put in the name of my organisation .Before the update I would have given 5 stars updated to reinstate 5 stars . was contacted by applaud soon after I posted my review and my issue is now resolved

so frustrating. used work perfectly. now doesn't log me in when I know all the details are correct. ever since an update a couple on months ago my Android phone doesn't work with this app. please restore it to previous version.
