About this app

This innovative self-care application allows IDM subscribers to manage multiple Internet accounts from a single or multiple mobile phones or tablets. The user can at any time check the monthly traffic consumption, renew subscriptions, manage additional services, contact support, receive notifications and stay updated about IDM’s news and announcements.
IDM subscribers using the App will be able to:
• Add and manage multiple ADSL or 3G accounts within the same app.
• Backup a profile and restore it to other mobile phones without the need to re-enter all usernames and passwords.
• Monitor traffic consumption meter and check service expiry date.
• Renew subscriptions using prepaid scratch cards or using a debit or a credit card
• Manage extra services subscriptions instantly by subscribing, unsubscribing, activating or disabling services such as IDM’s Parental Control or Unlimited night.
• Get notified whenever there is a network maintenance, service availability or policies updates.
• Stay informed about IDM’s latest offers, promotions and services.
• Immediately refer friends, and be rewarded when they subscribe.
• Locate resellers by area or by nearest, and get navigation directions..
• Contact support by phone or e-mail through the app.
The app is an enhanced mobile version of IDM’s online account management page, allowing the users to administer multiple IDM Internet subscriptions from the same interface.

In order to register, when you want to set the date, you have to press 100s of times to reach the month of your birth date. it could have been much better if you enter the day, month and year separately. it's a major draw back that could be avoided if the app was tested well.

The app is good, customer care, customer service and administration are all three good and helpful. but the technical support of this company isn't helpful can't install devices neither a 6cat cable as if techniciens are managers they can just test your connection on every junctions without fixing troubles if you have a slow connection on your home place and this is bad.

Worst customer service I ever experienced. Most of the technical support team aren't helpful and some are disrespectful. They will tell you they will follow up your case, they will send an email, or... and that will rarely happen after lots of calls. Currently the app provides this number for support 6855, and before they provided a temporary number 04 727 762, both of them aren't working. I also tried this one 1282, good luck being customer #45 everytime you call.
