FAST ONLINE ACCOUNT OPENING
1 government ID and 5 minutes are all you need to open a BPI savings account. Open an account with your Passport, Driver's License, Postal ID, SSS ID, PRC ID, or UMID. No need to go to the branch. Once the account is opened, you can immediately access BPI online banking services!

The mobile banking app has been quite frustrating to use. Last year, I faced significant issues receiving OTPs, making the app nearly unusable. Furthermore, it incorrectly states that my device's security is compromised. Accessing my account online has also become disappointing, as it now requires a mobile key pass instead of the more convenient OTP I previously relied on. It’s hard to understand why anyone would think it’s a good idea to link the app and the website for account access.

I had been banking with BPI for over 8 yrs and never had an issue until they when they so called upgraded. For Samsung users like me, kept getting Device security compromised. Had to turn off Assistant Menu which I use to navigate. WTH!. Can't even login online via website. Can't receive OTP.So I have to either change bank or change phone. why fix something working just to make it worst! Will close account if not resolved.

Hi. We regret the inconvenience that this has caused you. Please follow the troubleshooting guide below to continue using the app safely. 1.Restart your device. Ensure that your BPI app is updated to the latest version 2.Disable certain accessibility features: TalkBack and Assistant Menu.

ZERO STAR! It won't work. Done with all kinds of troubleshooting. Hopeless case. Whoever made this app is terrible! It won't let me log in because of the security of the device. But it's only me who has been using this phone with my fingerprint. We might withdraw all our deposit soon and close our accounts. I tried to use this app on my iPhone. But, it disabled accessibility due to too many login attempts, and it asked me to change password w/c I did. But the same errors as I mentioned above.
