The app hasn't been working well since an update about a month ago. I have to log in every time I open the app. Also, can't buy tickets. have to use the website. tried reinstalling - didn't work.

useless! cannot sign in. the verification widget keeps looping. i tried removing the app then installing it again several times, and it still doesn't work. complete waste of time

Confirmed paid tickets do not show up in the app. The link to help - > account in the app leads to a 404 error.

Si vous rencontrez toujours un incident de connexion, merci de nous détailler le dysfonctionnement rencontré depuis le bouton associé, dans votre application : Mon profil > paramètres (roue crantée) > à propos de l'application > signaler un problème.
