This is one of the worst mobile apps - and websites - I've ever used. There are CONSTANT pop ups that should go away permanently when closed but do not. I've complained to the company directly about it and nothing has been done. I love my Bruvi machine and coffee but I hate it when I have to use the app or go to the website. Additionally, their subscription update and management features don't work well at all and are not logical - the pop ups interfere and questions process makes no sense.

** 06/15/2025 update ** Firmware update wouldn't work because the brewer's Wi-Fi connection was timing out before the update finished. Finally decided to remove and re add the device and that worked. Leaving this at 3 stars for the 2 YEARS I've not been able to update my brewer with ZERO communication as to what was going on. As I get to actually use it with the app again, I'll update with findings.

App keeps crashing on my flip 7. Keeps crashing even though they just had an update in June that was supposed to stop the crashing on Androids only for some reason. I love the coffee machine itself but there should be no reason in my opinion for all the constant bugs.
