App unable to allow log in for almost a week. It runs through an endless loop "me connecter" - credentials provided - "me connecter". The previous dev having suggested earlier here to follow the normal support site may have never used it: WhatsApp session for over two hours, with no one available to assist. Better create a Hermit lite app, if still using this chain of stores. Edit: answer seems automated, otherwise wouldn't have sent me to "réseaux sociaux" when I just mentioned such (WhatsApp)

Awful. They have a Monopoly game at the moment. Although the silly little cardboard game pieces tell you to use this app to play, there is NOTHING on it to guide you as how to play and the scanner included in the app doesn't find it. Sacré Bleu. Les connards.

My carte de fidelity keeps disappearing from app so can not take advantage of any offers. Once again my carte de fidelity is missing on app. I have tried to add card more than once. Please add my card again or I stop shopping with you.
