Kaizen is a way of thinking, focused on a changing improvement culture. You simply cannot improve the performance of a company in 1 day. It is done in steps, with small steps. Kaizen is structurally looking for suitable improvements, instead of ad hoc solutions.

The Cierpa Kaizen mobile app makes it even easier to submit improvement ideas. Simply take a picture of the problem, fill in some additional information if desired and the improvement action has been created. Ready to discuss during the weekly meeting. And then implement the action in a structured manner.

With Cierpa Kaizen Mobile you can:

- take a picture of the problem
- describe the problem, the cause and the approach
- choose an implementer and owner of the action
- set a deadline and priority for the implementation of the action
- view your own actions in the action list

You can use the Cierpa Kaizen mobile app together with the Kaizen desktop version. In collaboration with the Cierpa Kaizen desktop version, many additional options arise, including:

- the actions can easily be further refined, including estimated costs and savings
- actions can be assessed on the effort / impact matrix
- improvement teams with people from different departments can be set up and supported.
- reports provide insight into the progress of the improvements
