I'm not sure if it's the app or the switches, but this whole platform is awful-nothing works well and the switches die after very little time. Given the price of these things, it's a non-starter. I'll be removing all Deako products from my house, replacing them with superior products that cost a fraction of the price.

your app used to be really decent, just did an update and it is asking me to plug some personal info in, which I have and the app does not function correctly. it stays on the screen after pressing continue followed by a red "x". I've tried to back out of the page using the arrow and/or back key and it doesn't allow this action. Now I cannot control any light from the comfort of my phone. it was bad enough for all my lights to connect to wifi, that only took 2 weeks for it to figure that out

This app is awful, it doesn't load correctly, and none of my settings work anymore. We've had Deako smartswitches for a little over a year now. The switches work great, we love having them in the house. There's definitely a learning curve, but once you figure them out, it's a game changer. This app though, is just garbage. It's not the same one we started with, it "updated" like 5 months ago and it's been absolutely terrible ever since. This stuff is expensive, this app needs to be better.
