You guys started really well, but the overall experience is starting to decline. None of the customer lines go through. Paying via the mobile app doesn't work anymore; I always have to use the web app, which sometimes makes me miss the 1st delivery time slot. Delivery also takes forever. Why is a next-day order with fresh food items dispatched in the evening or at night on a weekend? It doesn't make sense. I've been more stressed using this app than going to the market myself. Please do better.
