Hello, I bought this device last week and had it installed. It only worked for two to three days and has been offline since yesterday morning. Please assist.

If only there was a way to give you zero stars I would. this tracker doesn't work efficiently it shows your vehicle stuck in one place and doesn't move for days when the vehicle is clearly active. Theres also an expiry date on it that you cannot get into contact with anyone to renew, please note the lack of response on this platform. I urge everyone save your money and invest in a proper tracking device absolutely terrible device.

If you're thinking of using this tracker, I strongly recommend you don't. I installed this tracker in my vehicle in January of 2024 for $27,000jdm and it worked for 3 month and then started giving in accurate reading. I add credit to the sim every month, add data plan, update the app and trust me when I say it's not worth investing in.
