Just updated the app and it will no longer load after that. It's just frozen on the starting screen. Tried un-installing and re-installing, clearing cache, force closing...etc. Nothing seems to fix it. It's been trying to load for 15 minutes now to no avail.

I have been trying to contact in all ways that I could to your company but no response at all (emails, social medias messages, contact numbers) I was charged with SR900 for the reservation I made in Ritz Carlton but the when we arrived they said there is no such app that they recognize. I was charged with such amount, I did not get your service and now none of of your contact info is reachable!!!!!
