Once you finish, you can complete the check-in process by pressing the “Submit” button to transfer data to your doctor’s computer system

Just tried using this again after months of it not working hoping for an update. It still doesn't read the QR code and says to check my internet even though I'm not on wifi and have no other internet issues. Please fix.

Stopped working about 2 weeks ago. Tells me there is no internet connection but I am not using a Wi-Fi connection. Used to work great before that.

Good idea but doesn't work. The QR code scanner at the check in is actually a barcode scanner. It won't work on QR codes but does work on barcodes. Galaxy S21. Supposedly not everyone's phone is doing this.
