Since the update in Sept 2021 I have not been able to access my door lock. I have emailed support a few times with no response. Then daily for the last week, still nothing. Overall the update has broken the app and is now impossible to use either over Bluetooth or similar. I am about to return the lock on Amazon, as without the app it is useless.

K3 Gun safe. The app does not work very well on the Android. It is not sending me text notifications or email notifications when the safe is opened or tampered with. I also get a error saying token error when opening the app. The Android app needs to be looked at and corrected. Does no good and it shouldn't be called a Smart safe.

Returned 3 gun safes (K3) because this app is unusable. After spending 90 minutes of restarting app, dozens of "failed fingerprint added" and a ton of time watching the app get stuck doing almost anything-- just setting up the first safe-- it wasn't worth it.
