SAFE AND SECURE
The app utilizes the same bank-level security that protects you when you’re on Internet Banking. The app also features a unique 4-digit passcode setting that prevents unauthorized access.


GETTING STARTED
To use the Guaranty Mobile Access App, you must be enrolled as an Guaranty Bank and Trust Internet Banking user. If you currently use our Internet Banking, simply download the app, launch it, and login with the same Internet Banking credentials. After you successfully login to the app, your accounts and transactions will begin updating.

Ratings and reviews

You need to have the eyes checked on this app. Every time I try to deposit a check it says the amounts don't match. I am one deposit away from pulling everything out and moving on. I have not moved everything to Guaranty because i am unsure of your customer care. I am on the verge of starting another business and this is very aggravating to have to go to the bank to make a deposits when your app is supposed to do this.

Great to see account

I've always had excellent customer service from all the employees I've talked to. Any concerns ive had have been taken care of promptly.
