My account has been shut down due to a mass email they sent out claiming they are terminating cogni services for everyone. The email also stated that within 10 business days, they would issue a check for any remaining funds in your account. It's been over a month and I have not gotten a check from them nor will they answer any of my emails. I was able to log into the app yesterday and after my email to them stating I was going to get my attorney involved, I can no longer sign into the app.

It won't go past verifying my information. It says everything is good then logs me right back out and has me do it all over again. I really thought I was gonna use this bank but I feel like it's a ripe off because I've literally done it 10 times to get right back to the beginning. So I wouldn't even know what the banking is even like!!!!

Cogni is not a bank. Why would you need a middle man app to do banking? Customer service is obsolete, the chat bot isn't functional. I want to delete my account but can't unless I speak with customer service - the non existent customer service. I only joined for referral money. Made $65 with referrals. the digital card was denied online, and wouldn't link to any other wallet. Except cash app. Thank God, got my money right before they froze my new account up, or I never would have gotten it.
