Ratings and reviews

Unless I'm missing it, the inability to select price range is a big, weird short-coming... And not being able to add very necessary criteria such as 'garage'... It makes searching hard, and has me prone to wanting to use Zillow (though IT is usually behind by at least 10 days).

I'm continually asked to download the app and have it on my phone already. When logging in from other sources ... for instance when we get a lead from out website, it does not ask if we'd like to open in the app, it ask if I'd like to download the app. Very frustrating :(
