Available in locations or via our app, JAMWORKOUT combines heart rate tracking, fitness metrics, video instruction personalized to the individual, their location, their fitness level, and their available equipment.

I am addicted. It is great to have data to see the work I do. It motives me to push myself to achieve my goals. Also the videos, to show me the proper form and design my work out for me. One last thing. I love that I can use it anywhere, not just at a fitness facility.

LOVE IT! Tracks all my metrics and shows me what to do on TOD. My kiddos are also loving using it. Having their stats on the screen helps them to get competitive and push to reach their goal.
