The app was meant to reduce the hassle of visiting the bank, but for many "security" reasons (for example, verifying email address), users need to go there quite often! Bravo, keep up the good work. I can give you another idea, you can incorporate a verification system on every transaction, where you can compel every app user to visit your branch for transactions to be successful. This way you can give the ultimate pain to the app user. Thank me later.

What a shame they turned off their app for more than 5 days from using it to update it. They said they have informed the customers through sms twice, but I haven't received any yet. The new version of the app is now live. But still not user friendly in terms of: 1. User guide line is still not working from the app. 2. You can't register as New User if you don't have your email address registered in their system. You need to visit the branch for it.

It can't be accessed from outside of Bangladesh. Disgusting system. There shouldn't be a location barrier. Now I login from outside of Bangladesh. But the history of statement data is found. and whenever I want to transfer money the option is just loading. nothing is showing. i can't even see ny account's money. What is this!!??
