With the Cannon App on your mobile device, you’ll have trolling data at your fingertips and total control of your Optimum downriggers from anywhere on your boat. It even keeps your Optimum software up to date.

I bought optium ts top of the line downriggers for my new boat. I am very disappointed. I wish I could return them, but unfortunately they are not returnable. Also the lifetime warranty is also disappointing. The swivel base on broke in the first 5 uses and is not covered by warranty and are not available in Canada. So buy at your own expense agreement and where you can. Your going to need them... Now electric motor goes down, but will not go up. Doing service Xtra. 30 day wait time.

At right angles to boat optium will spool up on one side of stainless steel wheel and back lash. I think a pull right before wheel could help.
