Ratings and reviews

Always disconnecting, opens or closes half-way then stops (Red light)... occasionally getting signed out of my account. KEEP Labs replaced my original with an old stock item that does NOT have temperature or humidity features which I paid for!

If you get here cause the app keeps force closing when you try to interact with the device, I solved it by: 1. holding the power button one the back for ~15 seconds 2. Removing the device from the app 3. Forgetting the Bluetooth connection 4. Force close the app 5. Re-open app and try to add the device again Original review: App closes whenever I try to open the box. I rebooted the device and my phone. Pixel 6 Pro - Android 13

App keeps shutting during setup. This started after April 11 update. Never completes the "finishing" step, even though Bluetooth and WiFi show as connected. They are communicating because I can tell it to open and close and it responds. Help is not very helpful.
