This application was developed and inspired by the book A FAIR CONTRACT, author Claudio John Bucco, Blumenau - Santa Catarina. All calculations of taxation and tax incidence are explained in this book.


In this work, the author proposes an enlightening perspective on the relationship Capital x Work (the K and T letters represent the Capital and Labour, respectively), by simulating a dialogue that takes place in a job interview.
Inviting the reader to reflect, in a humorous manner and in accordance with current legislation in Brazil, the author points out each step of the Brazilian labor laws.
Calculates the real value of wages and how much the worker must produce to pay it, considering all the costs, taxes and contributions, determined by the tax laws of Brazil. It also establishes an appropriate percentage of profit to be applied by the entrepreneur to an appropriate return on their investment.
Clarifies the Capital and Labour on the system structure, pointing to the need for further consideration of this partnership, in order to contribute to a more just society.
