Food and delivery service is great, I love it. But the app is a nightmare for user. Changing anything in your diet is taking 40 minutes because app is so slow, buggy prices - sometimes it shows that I have to pay "-900 zł" (negative value) or 84 000 zł for 4 weeks (fortunately I was charged correct amount). Nightmare user experience.

Since I updated I can't choose my meals anymore, it just keeps showing me a loading screen (using OnePlus 12). There aren't any ways to exclude certain foods from a diet, and if you did have dietary restrictions, your choices are very limited. :/ There are no ways to cancel an in-progress diet, you can only pause it, and the support section has nothing about wanting to cancel, only if you have issues with your delivery/meals.

App is quite OK, but choosing hour weight by slider is nearly impossible. Also if you are choosing dates in the app not necessary this is what you will get, the app can make decision automatically on your behalf without even informing you about it... Quite scary, for me that happened with start and end date, who knows, maybe the same can happened with other things ...
