Functional, but just barely. It's possible to view and update work orders, but the app is missing some critical features: 1. Users should be able to choose a custom date range. Right now, you can view up to the last 30 days, but otherwise can only view older tickets. 2. Sorting by Type is a must. This is a filter applicable in the web interface, so I'm not sure why it's missing here. 3. Excluding certain statuses would really help. Sometimes, excluding 'Closed' is the only status filter needed.

Hi Luke, thanks for the feedback. We try to balance out having too many buttons and keeping things simple because it is on an app compared to what you see on the desktop version. That being said, you can absolutely Sort by Type, and you absolutely can exclude Closed status, you might have missed those options under the Filter. Call us for help!

One of the worst work order system apps I've used in my career. Running app on 2 phones and both have the same issues. Multiple times a day I get alerts about it crashing. I cannot get push notifications about work orders. I emailed for help and never recieved a response. A big let down because the system itself is amazing.
Sorry to hear your experience with the app hasn't been a good one. Note that we had some issues for those that had upgraded to Android 13 before we had updated our app to this new OS. I'm happy to let you know that we have launched an update of the iMCare app that is now compatible with Android 13. You should no longer have any problems!

Fantastic for getting work orders on the go, would be nice if the app had a keyword search option like the website though. Seems like development may have stopped, hasn't had any updates in over a year.
