My yearly coverage was updated and increas d by over 60 pounds without telling me anything. they claimed to send an email but there was no record of it. there was also no justification for the price increase. it then cost tons of money to cancel. they lowered the payment a bit once I messaged, but this just shows they are scamming if they can lower it. it's difficult to get ahold of anyone and impossible to call. most agents I chatted with were good once I could get through. Don't recommend

I won't be using this company again. I've purchased a van for my house move, and they have been extremely unhelpful with their customer service mainly as they replying on live chat after about 30-60mins and working only Mon-Fri when most of the people are also at work. I ended up getting my insurance cancelled by them and having me to 135£ cancellation fee because I couldn't provide proof of address for the short time I had as all my bills were moved to my new address and I didn't had 1st bill

the Worst car insurer ever... Zero stars. After asking for proof of NCB... they asked for my paycheck, then contract, then bank statement ( this is after I had already provided my driving licence and agreed to a direct debit which they had used to deduct the first payment). I have never reviewed an insurer, but i really feel violated in the way this insurer kept threatening to cancel my policy with every document requested... it would have been nicer to ask all at once...
