KEY FEATURES

MFCentral will cover all your Mutual Fund Folios having the same PAN/PEKRN and Registered Mobile Number. Portfolio coverage will be offered across all such Folios in Demat or Non-Demat forms. However, Service Requests are currently restricted to only your Non-Demat Holdings that are originated using MFU (Mutual Funds Utility).

Your personal and investment data currently resides with the Registrar and Transfer Agents (RTA) and is absolutely safe with them. MFCentral is a collaborative effort that only populates the data as available in the RTA system. All such sensitive information is as secure as they were before MFCentral. A very limited log-in credentials-related information is stored in MFCentral in a highly secured environment.

Ratings and reviews

Extremely bad user experience in the name of security. Firstly it doesn't allow login from both laptop and mobile at the same time. secondly when I finally logged in from mobile I got an error "too many accounts login from this device" but in reality I am logging in first time. These guys should first go through the app experience of Fintech and learn how to design a decent user experience and incorporate those learnings instead of building a third class app

because after i update my account details they rejected the reason was ifc code was not found or not matched or mentioned wrong IFC code. I submitted a bank account statement about how it's possible no mention of IFC code or IFC code wrong. no any customer support option and call support. i tried to many times to change my account number but not changed i tried another app.

Payment confirmation issues are faced frequently, also the 'track status' module is just not fetching the commercial and non-commercial transactions. Too lethargic. The app need a revamp as we can't see our portfolio in a list form with all funds listed together not bifurcated by fund house
