It's better then nothing but also all the times feel constantly up in the air. Hard to tell how much that's things being disorganized or the app itself. 2 things to beware Inaccurrate display: for ex bus that is coming to your stop, even within the tab labelled eastbound, may infact be going westbound leading to rush for buses that aren't yours Don't buy the 10 ticket deal: unless you use instantly, they'll gradually disappear from your account (even without use) and you'll lose money/tickets

The bus service and cost are really good. The app is one of the worst that I've ever experienced. There are nearly constant problems getting schedules and stops to appear correctly in the app. The app doesn't even show my afternoon stop and does not list any bus schedules for any of the adjacent stops. I have also had multiple problems using my corporate commuter benefit to pay for my commute. Phone service is not terribly knowledgeable or helpful during the three times I have called.

1. requires making an account to use, which is ridiculous. 2. every time i open the app, my notification permissions in settings opens, which i then have to close to use the app. 3. when i click on the button to "show ticket," the app crashes. i hope the sticker on my student id (which is sent to me by mail. what's the point of making me download an app if you're then going to *mail* me something!?) is enough to get me on the bus, because apparently i won't be showing the ticket itself!
