The app won't pair with my device. I went through the troubleshooting guide, and nothing worked. The controls to use the device without the app are completely unintuitive. There are no buttons to switch between different types of noise, for example. I paid hundreds of dollars and gave away my email address and phone number for a device that is basically useless.

Update: I have a routine "sleep", with light at 10%. Just went into kids room and app is showing it's on "sleep" but light is at 60% - insanely bright. also the colors are awful, most nighttime lights have good orange red option. Barely any ability to change settings without the error filled app, plus a bunch of other problems make this a giant waste of $$$ Zero stars for requiring a phone number besides my email. What did I spend my money on if you require this? Who are you selling my data to?

We've used and loved Nanit cameras for a few years now with our two young kids. We've just gotten a Sound/Light. The Sound/Light device and app seem to work well thus far. My biggest complaint is having to use a separate app for the Sound/Light; it seems like Nanit should have integrated this functionality into the main Nanit app. I'd love for them to go a step further and integrate the two devices so that I could play sound from both devices at the same time, or set a routine for the camera.
