The NickelBlock Forecasting app is a easy-to-use weather app featuring localized forecasts for the Southern MS/AL/LA region and Gulf Coast run by former television meteorologist Nick Lilja. It is the in-the-palm-of-your-hand version of the website for NickelBlock Forecasting. The app is designed to offer a look at current conditions, the radar, the local forecast, special detailed forecasts, tropical updates, severe weather breakdowns, and the latest from the NWS, WPC and SPC. Weather-related coverage features a variety of meteorological topics. We cover special historical weather-related reports, unique tornado videos, and specific weather forecasts during potential severe weather events. Excellent!!! I can always depend on nick and his team to keep me informed. I'm terrified of bad weather, so I love how I'm alerted when lightning has been detected 15 miles from my location. It gives me time to pull up the app and jump into action if need be.

I wouldn't use any other weather app . This one covers it all and the accuracy of it is far beyond all others. Even paid apps can not begin to compare to this. If you want to feel at ease knowing the most accurate and latest forecast then look no further!

This app gives the most accurate forecast. I have it set to alert for certain weather conditions and it is always accurate. Will always be my go to app for forecast and weather.
