The public portal to submit their "suggestions and complaints" to the Sharjah Government Advisory Board under certain terms and conditions

The proposals shall be accepted by the Secretariat without being restricted in form and presented to the Bureau for consideration and action. Complaints submitted to the Council must be signed by the person giving his or her triple name, place of residence and work, and the President of the Council may order the filing of complaints which do not satisfy such statements.

Proposals and complaints shall be recorded in serial records of each of them according to the date of receipt, indicating the name of their sponsors, their data and a summary of their subject matter.
