They are very slow reacting, their customer service worse, they are always offline. Their Visa card is none of use, even when funded the transaction can't be undertaken. Charges and fees at every steps to end up not be able to do what you bought it for. I don't recommend it for any young entrepreneur using it. Please it's very important to read the rating of an app before using it, don't do the same mistake we did...

How can you terminate my card and take the money away? I had money in my account and I see 0$ today when I login, imagine how expensive you give out the dollar recharge, yet you have taken my whole balance .... Extremely poor customer serverice. The moment this issue will be solved, I'll take off this review. I can also remember alot of credit purchase that didn't go through, I showed your customer service all the transactions, yet my money went without the credit.....

So sorry please click on refund on the card page and you will immediately be refunded plus our new cards are now live and more stable

This app is a complete mess. I was been charged at every step and still wasn't able to do what I got the app for. After recharging my Noupia account, 5000FCFA was deducted from my account saying it's a fee which will be used to get me a virtual card but at the end I wasn't able to use the card given to me. All my transactions kept failing when ever I tried using the card given to me. They will say "WARNING: Your card may be deleted due to an ALARMING number of failed transactions."

Please note that you need to leave at least 1$ minimum balance in your card for any payment you attempt. This is due to a monthly maintenance fee set aside by our partner bank and debited at the end of the month. For example, if your payment costs you 10$, please make sure you have at least 11$ or 12$ in your card before attempting.Hope this helps
