Slow, blocks whole phone from responding while loading. Also have to log into multiple sites and apps just to get tv. Both app and website indicate 24/7. Everything is closed at 10pm and self serve articles don't explain where to get codes etc. Iget you did not plan to have cyber event and have to move your customers to new services but you need to provide better customer support during this time.

Absolute worst app that is "required" to receive cable service. The app had never worked properly since day one. Three trips to my house adding an extender, won't help a terrible app issue. Searching for other providers options so I can stop paying for this headache.

I'm not sure if the other 10 reviews that gave a 1 star are just unhappy with the service or have outdated phones but, I just got Ozark Go today and installed the app. The app is fast, responsive, let me log right in, and no other issues whatsoever.
