Please fix the DSNs!!!!! You go into your calendar, write the notes, save them and it doesn't take you back to the calendar anymore, so I can pick another time slot for my next set of notes. I have to write notes, save, log out every time then go back in to do the next time. It's so consuming and annoying. There's times they just don't save at all and I recently got asked to go back and do notes from another month. I go in and they are done but won't save from the orange triangle to green. Ug🙄

We have not made any changes to the DSNs and calendar navigation and would like to learn more about what you're experiencing. Your agency may have made setting changes that need to be reverted.

Garbage app! The idea is nice, and I like the message option and having training right ib the app, versus previously having to use paper. But it takes forever to load, force quits constantly, and meds don't show up. Even if you get a million notifications that they are due. Very frustrating app 👎

This app is terrible. It's slow. You have to click on 5-6 different things just to get to the clock in, the daily service notes, schedule, etc... the message page sometimes is blank and I can't send a message when I need to. It's just not a good app.
