Scorbit is connected pinball!

• Find Games

Scorbit’s platform allows owners of pinball machines to create venues and machines so other players can find and play them. There are tens of thousands of pinball machines from all over the world, and you can choose any one or create one to start building a leaderboard. You can view these high score lists at any time, with no limit to the number of entries!

• Play Games in New Ways

While not required, on machines equipped with Scorbit’s hardware - in public or private locations - your games are connected to Scorbit’s cloud platform. Other users of the app or viewers of the ScorbitVision web tools can view your games as they happen, in real-time.

The Scorbit app allows you to tap Scorbit Tap Pads located under the glass of the game. You and other players near you can claim player slots, automatically placing your chosen display names next to those player numbers in the system for others to see. When the platform knows who you are, you can earn achievements! When your game is complete, adding your score to the leaderboard or sharing with your friends is as easy as pressing a button!

For games not equipped with Scorbit’s hardware, when your game is finished, you can take a photo of your score and submit it to the same leaderboard and share your experience with others.

• Pinball Community

Scorbit not only creates a record for your own profile personal bests and achievements, but also allows you to take any game, at any time, and share it with people you choose on the platform. Using the community features of the app, you can curate a list of people you like to follow, either in advance or after a game. After you play, you can choose from that list with who you want to share with or challenge to play – or throw the score away, it’s up to you!

When the people you follow also save scores to leaderboards or challenge you, those scores appear in your self-curated community feed. You can also visit other player’s profiles and see what games they are playing, and how they are doing.

• Improve Your Game

Along with watching others play, Scorbit allows you to view games you have finished with post-game analytics, to help you improve your game!

• Monitor Your Machines

Collectors and operators have access to their list of games that others can engage with. For games equipped with Scorbit’s hardware, the Scorbitron, collectors and operators who subscribe to the platform can monitor the health of their games remotely, tracking when they are online. The goal is to get more people playing pinball, which means more revenue, and more people enjoying the experience.

App all around worse now ever since the update. Even harder to check logged scores now. Leaderboards seem to be worse. Of the scores I can see in my feed, the grand majority were deleted or lost seemingly and I can no longer access them. Hell, if there's even just a way to search individual machines, I can't find that in the UI anymore. Use Pindigo instead, as it was already better than Scorbit before the update.

11/25 UPDATE: The latest release has restored access to user's score history - if you go to your profile you'll be able to see all of your scores. We're working on adding machine/game search, look for it in future weekly app updates with bug fixes and new features. We appreciate your patience and feedback as we improve the new Scorbit app. Thanks!

It's getting better. We need to be allowed to claim a score right until we've entered our initials. Nothing more frustrating than getting all the way to the end of a game and realizing you forgot to claim the game and can't claim it right at the end. There should also be a way to manually register a score on a scorebit registered machine. Your should also be able to buy back button on home screen to exit the app.

this was a 5 but this new update ! I'm more confused then I should be.. there is no longer a qr scanner in app. my venue was set to private and now I cannot add table to my venue because it won't show private venues. I feel like the app is more dedicated to full out arcade locations and us vpx players are sol....

Thanks for the feedback.VPX users are definitely not SOL. There's some legacy features from V1.0 that we're porting over to the new app, i.e. QR Code scanning, which will back soon in an app update. We're fixing a bug related to adding machines to private venues. Email support@scorbit.io and we can help you directly. Thanks!
