This app lacks a few things. It does not allow walkie-talkie communication or playback for messages. The app frequently stops working or parts of the app stop working, like the meter that disappears and doesn't restart when force I stop the app. It randomly logs drivers out of shift, in the middle of shift. It presents too many issues.

decent app, except that when you add a stop, it doesn't add any extra price onto the base trip fair. for example my passenger gets in. asks if we can make an out of the way stop. I say yes, we arrive at said stop. add stop to list. no change in price. also the customer should be able to put multiple stops in during the booking on the app instead of just one.

One of the biggest problem that we are having right now is the ability to include the phone number while dispatching. If there was a way to access call log or contacts to include the phone number for a call quickly that would be an amazing solution. Our dispatch complains that it's too many steps for him to include the phone number and we offer miss out on our calls because of missing phone numbers.
