Ratings and reviews

Site is cumbersome and slow. Has some useful options, but doesn't provide all needed claim/contract numbers that would be useful when trying to perform or schedule an inspection the same day as the request bring generated. I find text or phone communications more useful. Site does not alert audibly or hapticaly when a new comuncation has been sent, I have to periodically check my alerts to find any notices. My other clients contact me directly which works more efficiently

Installed and tried to open. Crashes every time. I have tried this multiple times with the same results. Please fix your app so that it can be used.

The app stopped working on all of my android devices. They said that they are aware. It's been 6 weeks. They need to get people who know what they are doing and fix it.
