this is the worse thing ever I've put money on. the location is almost impossible to refresh when you want. I've put it to charge for two hours, after that, the screen started to show a black lines and they seem permeant. i complained for the customer service, it took 2 weeks to get response. the response was I didn't buy insurance for the screen which they sell so they are offering a complete new watch to BUY with discount. even though we didn't break the screen. total trash.

1. often get logged out. 2. location is not accurate and doesn't update regularly enough. There is at least 500m to 1km error and often refreshing doesn't update to the latest location. 3. often calls are not connecting properly and we have to call each other multiple times to get connected. 4. in general very unreliable and outdated tech not worth the money! 5. a cheap 50€ worth Chinese competitor WITHOUT any forced subscription model did a better job with more precision! 6....and more bugs!

The watch has been bit of disappointment to say the least. the battery longevity is bad after 2 years of mild use. The watch touch response to certain functions doesn't work (connectivity, data, Bluetooth, and WiFi). My xplora page doesn't even let you log in many times. Recently the watch got update notifications and wanted to update but connectivity just doesn't turn on ( no WiFi enabled, or data or Bluetooth). everything else is okay. how does this even happen? 😡
